Account deletion

Signed-in members can request deletion from Account Security. A 30-day grace period allows cancellation. Final processing remains blocked by active legal, security, billing, or support holds and by protected evidence dependencies.

What happens next

  1. The request is recorded and audited.
  2. Your account stays active during the grace period.
  3. Authorized staff review holds and retained evidence.
  4. A separately protected service process performs eligible deletion.
  5. Backups follow the approved recovery and expiry policy.
